Ive been cutting down on food ! Now i waste food because i dont force myself to finish it and i dont eat as much, i havent drank soft drinks for 2 days now and that is an achievement to me. no fast food, no fried food ! so far ive lost about 1kg i think. slow process but haha, who cares man. slow but at least im not FATTTTT.
